This consultation is not a workout. It’s a goal-setting meeting. It gives us a chance to have a detailed conversation about why you’re interested in hiring a personal trainer in the first place, where you feel your current strengths and weaknesses are from a health and fitness perspective, what your past exercise or performance history is, etc.
